Why a crow you ask? A Crows strengths include adaptability, cleverness and intelligence, teamwork and reciprocity, transformation, and psychic abilities. Crows live on every continent except Antarctica. Crows are considered to be among the most intelligent animals on the planet, along with primates, elephants, and cetaceans.
Crows also exhibit behaviors that are demonstrative of high intelligence, such as making tools, having strong memories. While many of us see crows on a regular basis, it’s important that we not take these clever creatures for granted. After all, they have shown an uncanny ability to survive in the human-dominated world, so they must be doing something right. The crow is the embodiment of adaptability and embracing change.

Our Team

I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy writing about what I love. I love camping, fishing, sailing, and really anything else that gets me out into the fresh air. I began this blog as I wanted to write about what interests me, whether that’s RVs or my latest fishing trip, you’ll find it all on this blog.
You can catch up with me on Facebook and Pinterest.
In 2018 I published a book on survival, under the pseudonym George McDug.
If you’re looking to find out more about RVs, Sailing, Fishing, or Skiing, then we hope you find exactly what you’re looking for.

I am a survival expert with over 20 years of experience in some of the harshest conditions known to man. I started my career in 1990 and started teaching survival in 2000, with over 100 successful courses under my belt.
I have instructed park rangers across several US national parks in all the skills they need to survive in a range of conditions, from blistering heat to freezing temperatures.
I currently live in Idaho with my wife and two kids.

I love putting my experiences on paper for all to read. My skills and qualifications required to execute this role include the following – solid understanding and knowledge of wildlife management and the environment as a whole; researching skills, a positive approach to work, strong foundational knowledge of nature, ecology and geography.
I believe strongly in the positive physical, mental and spiritual effects nature can have on people of all ages.
I live in north Georgia near trout streams with whitetail deer passing through our property daily. Married for more than 45 years, I am truly blessed to have all that God has given me!
